Confirmation class starts in September and ends with Confirmation Sunday in December. The class is offered to all high school youth but is typically attended by ninth graders. The class uses the Alpha curriculum. Every Monday night the group shares a meal, sings, watches a short video, and then breaks into small groups to discuss the topic of the day. The program challenges the youth to ask questions in order to deepen their understanding of God. The small group leaders are trained lay members who feel especially called to work with the Confirmation Class. Confirmation is time to learn more about Christianity and grow in one’s faith.
