Mission trips for both junior high and senior high youth began here in 1997. These trips have grown in popularity and impact, and now give the youth of our church and community an opportunity to get hands-on experience serving as Jesus would and to whom He would seek out. We serve through two youth mission agencies, Center for Student Missions, and YouthWorks!. These trips give the youth both urban and rural mission experiences.


Recent trips included senior high mission trips to Washington, D.C. (2008); the
Adirondacks Mountains in New York (2009), and San Francisco, CA (2010). The San Francisco trip involved 29 students and four adults who, with the help of parents, established new fundraising events that included making and delivering sub sandwiches on Super Bowl Sunday, Gatorade sales at community basketball games, babysitting, salsa sales, and selling baked goods during fellowship hour at church.

Each fall a multi-media presentation of the year's mission trips is presented to the congregation. These trips touch both the youth and adults in profound and life-changing ways.



Service projects are also done throughout the year, including:

• Project Pumpkin where we carve Jack-O-Lanterns and distribute them to seniors in the community.
• Christmas and Easter Craft deliveries to senior members of our congregation.
