Adult Education
At Acton Congregational Church, we offer learning opportunities that reflect our commitment to deepen our faith, to explore new ways to understand ancient Biblical passages and to inspire our members and friends to live faithfully as disciples of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to draw members and friends, neighbors and seekers together to create a space where we can study, learn, discuss and envision new ways to connect our faith with our lives and the real world.
Short-term and ongoing classes on Sunday mornings and weeknights make it easy for church members and the larger community to take advantage of the wealth of programs and events we offer.
Join us for these sacred times of learning, growing, imagining and living into the Christian faith.
Bible Study
Bible Study meets weekly on Wednesdays from 2:00-3:00pm. Contact Rev. Paulo for details.
Currently, this Bible Study is on a break.

Faith and Life Book Studies
Join us as we read books together on a wide range of topics including prayer, theology, scripture, spiritual practices, contemporary issues, race, social justice, poetry, and more.
The times, topics, and books change regularly. You can keep up to date by checking the church newsletter or looking for updates on the home page of the website.
Faith Sharing Group
The Faith Sharing group is a small group of women who meet to share their faith, their lives, their joys, and their sorrows.

Our group is not a Bible study, but we do share readings that have inspired us: prayers, poetry, series of readings, or books.
We meet on the second and fourth Thursday of each month, except holidays, from 11:00 am to noon.
All are welcome to join us. If you would like more information, please contact Kathy Stanitski at kstanitski@hotmail.com.
Social Justice Sundays
The second Sunday of each month is Pursuing Justice Sunday: a time to educate ourselves/our congregation, listen to others’ experiences and perspectives, and discern how to take action on social justice issues in our local community and beyond.
