It's time for another Faith and Life Book Study and Rev. Karen has chosen to share Our Iceberg Is Melting, by John Kotter and Holger Rathgeber, as our next inspiring read.
It's a short and fun book that demonstrates that we all have different gifts and styles and use them creatively to solve pro. Described as a compelling fable, this book explores the challenges of change through the story of a penguin colony facing a melting iceberg. This engaging narrative offers insights into leadership, adaptation, and the power of collective action.
