Take time this summer to nourish your spirit through creative expression, contemplative prayer, and Christian community. Join us for The Cup & The Path, a four-morning workshop designed to guide participants through a meaningful rhythm of spiritual practice rooted in Christian faith.
Each morning will include guided exercises such as Centering Prayer, Lectio Divina, journaling, and reflection inspired by Joyce Rupp’s The Cup of Our Life. Participants are invited to bring a personal cup which represents their self. We'll also explore sacred discernment, walk a labyrinth, and engage in creative expression through art journaling and simple percussion-based music.
This is a time to slow down, listen deeply, and engage your spirit and senses. The program is open to all adults and will take place in the Grimshaw Library.
Light refreshments will follow each session. We look forward to welcoming participants from our congregation and from other local Christian communities. Please…
