Through The Valley Grief Group

Through the Valley, our interfaith grief support circle, meets on the second and fourth Monday of every month at 7:00pm in the Conference Room.

This group is open to anyone in the community who is carrying loss: the death of someone loved, the end of a marriage, estrangement, illness, or any significant loss that has changed your life. You do not need to be a member of this congregation. All faiths are welcome. All losses are welcome.

We gather twice a month to check in with one another, sit with poetry and scripture, share in small groups, and close with a simple ritual. It is a warm, honest, and genuinely supportive community.

Drop-in attendance is welcome. There is nothing to prepare and no obligation beyond showing up.
