The shop re-openied for the season on Monday, September 8th! It is an exciting time as we gather as a place of friendship and community.
As the year starts, we need more volunteers to help sort through donations, greet customers, tidy the shop and help at the register. We especially need help on:
Fridays 10am-Noon
Fridays Noon-2pm
Saturdays 10am – Noon
We also have opportunities available on Monday mornings and Wednesday afternoons.
The shop is closed most holiday weekends, school vacations and summers. Volunteers also take days off for planned vacations and appointments.
If you are interested, contact the Church Office at office@actonc.org to be connected with the Cornerstone Thrift Shop team. If you have a friend or neighbor who would like to volunteer with you, please bring them along. As the saying goes “many hands make light work.”
